Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in The Netherlands has full scholarships for about 10 Master students majored in Mathematics for the Fall 2010 semester.  This is a very good university with excellent faculty of mathematics. Besides, they have a whole international group in their programme, so professors expect a lot of students from abroad. If foreign students are qualified to the programme they can get full scholarship for sure!

Th programme is about Risk Analysis, and the Environmental Modeling. The environmental modeling is more about programming! The students from mathematics and computer science (something that has to do with programming) is most welcome! The programme offers scholarship and has a lot more work to do than other students in Math faculty.

The following information is about a university in New Mexico:

We have both master's and Ph.D. programs in Applied Mathematics.
We admit people with an equivalent of BS degree in math.

We require:

1) An official translated transcript,
2) GRE scores (no specific number but should not be too bad.)
3) TOEFL scores, Minimum scores: IBT 76, Paper based 540,
Computer based 207. Speaking score of IBT should be at least 23 to receive TA-ship.
4) Letter of study plans,
5) Three letters of recommendation on official recommendation forms (will be provided).
