Dear Colleague,

Humboldtian greetings from Göttingen !

I am contacting you as a neuroscientist and Humboldt fellow today because I want to ask for your support concerning our worldwide recruitment for our International MSc/PhD/MD-PhD Program / International Max Planck Research School Neuroscience at the University of Göttingen/Germany (http://www.gpneuro.uni-goettingen.de).

In the field of the Neurosciences (from basic research to clinical application) Göttingen university in conjunction with the Max Planck Institutes has a long research tradition. This is reflected by Nobel laureates in the field working in Göttingen or by the establishment of the Neuro Excellence Cluster ‘Molecular Physiology of the Brain’ (http://www.cmpb.uni-goettingen.de/index.php?sid=3&lng=en).

Within this ‘Neuro research environment’ we are offering to students with a BSc degree (natural sciences/medicine or related fields) an integrated MSc/PhD study program in the neurosciences. The medium of instruction is English; full funding is provided for all admitted candidates.

I would like to ask you to PLEASE FORWARD the message below to your students eventually interested in joining our international study program Neurosciences in Göttingen. I am confident that international exposure and a good training environment provides excellent chances for students to become future Humboldt fellows as well.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOUR SUPPORT !

With best wishes from Göttingen,
Michael Hörner
